1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MailOnCall ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailOnCall is a SaaS platform that monitors Microsoft Outlook inboxes and triggers automated phone calls when emails match user-defined rules. The Service is intended for professional use.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

MailOnCall offers a 30-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans starting from $9.99 AUD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD) and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@mailoncall.net. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass individuals, violate any laws, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Microsoft Integration

MailOnCall integrates with Microsoft Outlook via Microsoft Graph API. By connecting your Outlook account, you authorize MailOnCall to read your inbox for the purpose of matching alert rules. We do not store email content.

7. Phone Calls & Fair Use

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive automated phone calls and SMS messages from MailOnCall when your alert rules are triggered. Standard call rates may apply depending on your carrier.

MailOnCall uses third-party telecommunications services to deliver phone call and SMS alerts. While we strive to provide reliable alerting within your plan, we reserve the right to review accounts that demonstrate abnormal or excessive usage patterns that result in disproportionate telecommunications costs.

Abnormal usage includes but is not limited to generating a volume of alerts that is inconsistent with normal professional use, or sustained high-volume international calling activity. In such cases, MailOnCall may contact you to discuss your usage, apply reasonable usage limits, offer a custom plan suited to your needs, or suspend your account with 14 days written notice. We will always contact you before taking any action on your account.

International Calling: Phone call and SMS alerts to international numbers may incur higher telecommunications costs. MailOnCall reserves the right to restrict international alerting or introduce international usage terms with 30 days notice to affected users.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard security measures.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

MailOnCall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
