We do not store the content of your emails. We only access email metadata (sender, subject) to match your alert rules. Email content is never stored on our servers.
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Render (Singapore region). We implement industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, TLS encryption, and HMAC API key verification.
When you connect your Outlook account, we receive OAuth tokens from Microsoft to access your inbox. These tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We only read email metadata necessary to match your alert rules. You can disconnect your Outlook account at any time from your dashboard.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
